Average Annual Health Care Cost Reductions achieved by the FOPNJLC

Avg. Annual Health Care Adjustment includes reductions in Chapter 78 percentages for active and retiree health care contributions
Avg. Health Care Savings - Annual Salary Adjustments are based upon current Family plan costs versus contractual reductions

  • L9 Hammonton SOA– The Labor Council successfully negotiated reductions in the Health Care Premiums for retirees to 1.5% of retirement allotment for a savings of $6473.00.
  • L19 Neptune SOA – The Labor Council obtained reductions in the employees’ Health Care premium sharing to Tier 3 for active and future retirees!
  • L6 Salem Sheriff’s POA/SOA – The Labor Council successfully negotiated a reduction of the employees’ Health Care Premium contributions by an astonishing 50%.
