Sergeant Leo Tolosa New

Leo Tolosa served as a United States Marine from 1999-2003. After enrolling in Rutgers University, he attained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy/Criminal Justice in 2008. After graduation, Leo was offered a job with Rutgers University Police, where he has worked in both the Patrol and Community Policing Units. Leo was promoted to Sergeant in 2018
