Jim was elected to the Labor Council in 2021 and currently serves on several committees at the direction of the Chairwoman. Jim has been an executive board member of Jersey Shore FOP Lodge 222 since its inception in 2019 and currently holds the position of State Trustee. Leo Tolosa served as a United States Marine from 1999-2003. After enrolling in Rutgers University, he attained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy/Criminal Justice in 2008.
